An elegant bathroom is the surprise beyond the kitchen. It contains a fitted linen cupboard. The contemporary fittings include an electric shower as well as a bath. Towels etc provided on request.

Back Study/Bedroom

The back bed sitting room can double as a study and communal lounge. The shaker style futon transforms easily into an additional double bed if needed. There is a large window with a small patio area giving the room a light and airy atmosphere belying its basement location.
